There are a number of ways to get help installing and using LifeLine•DVD.
Help that comes with your LifeLine•DVD product
- LifeLine•DVD is shipped with a Getting Started guide. Using the guide you will be able to install LifeLine•DVD and connect it to your Local Area Network (LAN).
- You can access LifeLine•DVD from any computer that is connected to your network and runs Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6 or later). After accessing LifeLine•DVD you will be guided through the few steps that personalize LifeLine•DVD for your business.
- When using LifeLine•DVD, online help is available on each screen. The Help button is found at the bottom left corner of each screen display. Clicking
Help will open a new window that displays context sensitive help. From this window you can navigate through the entire LifeLine•DVD manual.
