There are a number of ways to get help installing and using LifeLine•DVD.

Help that comes with your LifeLine•DVD product

  1. LifeLine•DVD is shipped with a Getting Started guide. Using the guide you will be able to install LifeLine•DVD and connect it to your Local Area Network (LAN).

  2. You can access LifeLine•DVD from any computer that is connected to your network and runs Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6 or later). After accessing LifeLine•DVD you will be guided through the few steps that personalize LifeLine•DVD for your business.

  3. When using LifeLine•DVD, online help is available on each screen. The Help button is found at the bottom left corner of each screen display. Clicking Help will open a new window that displays context sensitive help. From this window you can navigate through the entire LifeLine•DVD manual.
